Open MY COMPUTER and select TOOLS
Select MAP NETWORK DRIVE
Choose which drive letter you want to assign ( DRIVE box )
BROWSE to your server and shared smartlot folder ( FOLDER box )
Your workstation may lose its mapped drive connection if the network goes down while you're using Smartlot. Typically, you will get an error like this:
Click on NO.
Open My COMPUTER and double click on your mapped network drive (usually at the bottom of the list):
A new window should open showing the Smartlot files on your server. Close the window.
You will get the same error message.
Click on YES:
A new window will open. Drop the list in the bottom right hand corner and choose your mapped drive from the list:
Click OK and log into Smartlot as usual.
From the main menu screen in Smartlot click on CONTROL and then choose FORM SELECT:
In the next window choose:
Close the window when finished.
